Week 10: July 29- August 4
During this week, I ran:
Mon: 3.5 miles
Wed: 7.5 miles
Thu: 4.5 miles
Sat: 12 miles
The biggest change, I did during this week was drinking water after every 2 miles. I used to take 4 sips of water. It was very helpful on Saturday run.
