Week of June 11 to 17

In this week ran 4 times:

Monday : 4 miles
Tuesday: 4.5 miles
Thursday: 5.5 miles (50 mins)
Saturday: 7.5 miles (1 hr 15 mins)

My Saturday running was pretty good. My objective will be to run min. 5 miles on regular working days and run longer on weekend.
