Week 13: July 9 to July 15
During this week:
Tuesday : 5 miles (two loops + 1 small loop)
Wednesday: 3.6 miles
Friday: 3.6 miles
Saturday: 4 miles hike
Sunday: 11 miles
Sunday running was pretty challenging bec. it was very hot. Temp. was nearly 90 in the evening. I was sweating heavily and thirsty also. I run for nearly 2 hours. I was totally exhausted and hot after the run. I should drink some water during the run.
